Language Science Day (LSD) is a signature annual event for Maryland's language science community, bringing together up to 200 students and faculty from across the university and affiliated centers. Participants get to know their fellow language scientists, exchange ideas, showcase their research, and discover opportunities for training or collaboration.

You can find more information here!

If you're volunteering for the language science tent at Maryland Day, or if you're just interested in how to talk to people about language science, come learn how to run some tried-and-true demos from outreach veterans Erika Exton, Lauren Salig, and Kathleen Oppenheimer.

Lunch will be served; please arrive by 12:15 to get your food before the training starts!
