Resources and Cross-cutting Projects

Language science research at Maryland is diverse and involves many researchers, departments, labs and centers. The Language Science Center aims to faciltate collaboration, and researchers have access to many resources and facilities beyond their home departments. The Language Science Center is also the home for several large, multi-unit projects, including Langscape, the Infant and Child Studies network, and Field Stations (starting with our Guatemala Field Station, opening in 2016).
