Judi Gorski joins the Maryland Language Science Center as manager

Judi Gorski has joined the Maryland Language Science Center as Center Manager. Judi knows UMD inside out, having filled many different positions at the university over more than 10 years, working in departmental and research management within the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences (BSOS) and the former College of Computer, Mathematical and Physical Sciences (CMPS). In recent years she played a key role setting up the Maryland Neuroimaging Center, where she already got to know many in the language science community. Judi is transitioning from MNC to LSC over the coming weeks. She is already hard at work establishing LSC’s temporary home in Taliaferro Hall, putting LSC on a sound financial footing, and developing a host of new initiatives for LSC, such as bringing the university-wide Infant Studies Consortium under the umbrella of LSC.
