Effects of Verb Bias and Plausibility on Children's Processing of Ambiguous Sentences

The 10th annual Language Science Day is scheduled for Friday, September 20, 2019.

Is your office/lab lonely in the summer? Join your fellow language scientists for pastries, coffee and company every Friday at 10am all summer! Feel free to bring your work with you and stay for a while.

Ann Holmes, Assistant Dean of Finance and Administration in BSOS, presents a workshop for students and postdocs anticipating their first "real" job post graduation:

Taking Charge of Your Finances: What you need to know about benefits in your first job.

Light refreshments will be provided.

All are cordially invited to a reception for Janet Werker at the Language Science Center. (Her talk is at 10:15am in 1103 Bioscience Research Building.)

Learn how to run language science demos, and discuss the goals and challenges of outreach. We'll be joined by students and faculty from OSU, UMass, and Arizona who are visiting to volunteer at Family Science Days.

All are welcome, including undergrads, grad students, and faculty. Please RSVP here so we know how many people to plan for.

Schedule:
