Ibex Farm is a free, javascript-based platform allowing you to design and run experiments online in a standard browser. It was developed by UMD's very own Alex Drummond for text-based psycholinguistic tasks, including self-paced reading and rating studies. Jeremy and Florian's PennController is a comprehensive extension of Ibex, that you can use to create more complex experimental paradigms (e.g., showing visual stimuli, multi-stage trial structure, scripted / timed events, playing audio files, integrating videos).

To attend the workshop, you'll need:
1) Your laptop that can connect to wifi;
2) Have Chrome or Firefox on your laptop;
3) Create an Ibex account on Ibex Farm
